Rheine in Münsterland
An ideal starting point for cycling
The Ems River flows through the city at a distance of only 100 metres from our apartments. Great cycling paths lead through Rheine, including the Emsradweg (Ems Cycling Path), whose section between Warendorf and Rheine has already been awarded the "Cycling Path of the Year in NRW", the Emsland Route, the Ems-Hase-Vechte Route and the "100 Castles Route".
Rheine is also a popular starting point for hikes along the Ems or on the "Hermannshöhen" hiking trail, which starts here and leads to the Externsteine in Horn-Bad Meinberg.
